Libee's Sports Bar & Grill, Englewood, FL

Culinary Consultant & Project Manager for sports bar remodel and relaunch.  2 million dollar construction budget. Ground floor opportunity.  Total oversight of entire project with specific attention to concept development, restaurant EQ procurement, food service design and concept roll out.  130 seat modern sports bar and grill.  At the same time, responsible for the procurement and launch of their signature food truck.  From purchases to permit to equipment install to food service.

Eliza Ann's Coastal Kitchen

Opening Executive Chef for the first ever Autograph Collection Hotel by Marriott in Holmes Beach, Florida. I am responsible for the properties food and beverage program. Our coastal seafood restaurant, Eliza Ann's Coastal Kitchen, opened in late 2017 and has received great reviews. We continue to build the food program here with the hopes of reaching our goal of a 2 million plus generating restaurant space. Recently named 2019 Best Restaurant Bradenton by Sarasota Magazine & 2019 New Favorite Restaurant by The AMI Sun.

Chef's Collaborative Trash Fish Dinner

The first ever Chef's Collaborative Trash Fish Dinner hosted at Louie's Modern, Sarasota, Florida.  I was very proud to participate in the inaugural event with many talented chefs.  It was so much fun and the food was so good. Please check out the video link below:

Louie's Modern-New Restaurant Start Up
​

I joined the team of Louie's Modern in late 2012 as Chef de Cuisine. I assumed control of the kitchen as Executive Chef in 2013 and enjoyed the most success working in Sarasota at this restaurant. We we're awarded a Golden Spoon Award for Best New Restaurant in Sarasota/Manasota County in 2014. During my time here, the restaurant and myself received great press and visibility.  I was very proud of my effort and tenure with this new restaurant group.
